First and foremost, to freshmen, let me extend a warm welcome to UC Berkeley, and to those who are returning, welcome back. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Alpha Epsilon Zeta Fraternity (AEZ) and I hope that you find this website useful in deciding whether AEZ is an organization for you.             

      AEZ was founded five years ago as the first South Asian professional fraternity on the west coast with the vision of creating a worldwide, tight knit network of successful, diverse professionals.  While in school, we look to establish strong bonds of brotherhood, enhance our professional skills, motivate each other academically, and in general, aid in the overall, well rounded development of each individual. You will quickly realize that AEZ takes pride in excelling in our academics, in our professions, and in our communities in order to achieve such personal growth. 

      Over the years, brothers have used such growth to fuel successes in a diverse range of activities, ranging from working at top financial and consulting firms, studying at elite law, medical, and engineering programs, setting up international humanitarian projects, to performing stand-up comedy at historic locations. However, amongst all this diversity in achievements, one element they all have in common is the important role this organization played in solidifying, supporting and advancing brothers’ decisions to pursue their goals and achieve success. 
 
        As the new year commences, I ask you to take a look at where you are and where you want to be in a few years when you graduate. There is a reason you have been accepted to UC Berkeley, but so were 30,000 other students. We believe AEZ offers the resources to differentiate one self from the general student body as you look to make your mark on campus and in future professions. As you read the rest of the packet, keep these long term goals in mind and ask yourself how this organization can benefit you. I am certain that no matter what your aspirations are, AEZ can play a pivotal role in helping to achieve your dreams.
